What if Turkey went for the Erdogan.. as in the helicopter not the politician

In the late 90s, early in the Ka-50/52's career
Kamov and IAI offered a proposal for a tandem seat variant of the Ka-50/52 called the Erdogan
IRC, the proposal failed and Turkey chose the Super Cobra.. which didn't go anywhere, leading to Turkey going with a variant of the Italian Mangusta

Lets say in this timeline Turkey did choose the Erdogan

what would its impacts be? for example
- How would it affect Kamov's programs going forward? would other variants of today disappear in favor of this variant?
- How would it affect Russia's armed forces? would they adopt the Erdogan too?
- How would it affect Russo-Turkish relations, Turko-Israeli, and Russo-Israeli relations? if any?
- it probably would have been in combat by now?
- How would not choosing the Mangusta affect Augusta?
etc

Well it could be better choice againts AH-1Z King Cobra due to US pressure and limitations on Mission Computer and EW suite, avionics, flir and C3I/IFF systems.
KA-50-2 Erdoğan was proposal with KA-50 engine/body structure modifications with improved KA-52 electric systems + Israel made EW suite,avionics/MFDs,FLIR,Spike-LR ATGM(also capable of using Russian ATGM Vikhr/Ataka,ATA missiles)etc with highest local production offerings as well as technology transfer.
Their propasal was also lower compared to US-Bell Helicopters AH-1Z. Unfortunately our General staff of Army and Chief of Staff was pro-US/West thus, despite Turkish commitie selected KA-50-2. Turkish Ministery of Defence cancelled the tender and wanted to go with new model(which was total BS because the new model was exactly what Turkey requested at first tender!)
Later due to good relations with erdoğan-berlusconi and Turkish process of EU membership(which was never likely happen despite media halusinations) TR went for unproven, least armed, armored model A-129 International.
In late 1980s and beginning of 1990s Turkish Army evaluated A-129 but went with AH-1W because of more engine power and weapons loead.TAI was also working with Agusta for local model of A-129 since 1992 but talks ended after Turkish involvement of Northern Iraq againts pkk and it was found out that italian made anti-personal/tank mines were found in operations.
And also italian hosting apo, head of pkk,in 1998 ended all hope for Agusta to win in first tender. The other rivals were AH-64D and EC-665 Tiger, which were extremely expensive to buy and maintain for Turkey(and limitations for both AH-64/EC-665 for local production, weapon integrations etc)
For instance Turkey had opted KA-50-2 Erdoğan in 2003,will have operational attack helo at least 2007-2008, which the years that pkk terror was intensified and TR army was badly needing those helos at that time. Again contract signed in 2008 with Italy and TR army had not fully operational T-129 B2 with full EW suite yet! I do not know what you will call this if not fvck up!
Turkish goverments and armed forces top generals were mostly always pro-US,which effected selection of weapons for Turkish Armded Forces. Today same retroic goes on since TR requested F-16Vs after kicked out from F-35 3 years ago, from same country USA!
As long as this goes on there will be more sufferings in field for TR Army.Turkey must either get rid off all German-US-Israel-Swiss-Swedish-Dutch-Belgian-Spanish and other countries who hosts leftist pkk/pyd terrorists or fundametalist/jihadist bastards like fetö/ibda-c/ mgv etc origin weapons and go for eastern alternatives.
In some cases joint projects like A400/EF-2K Typhoon can be considered but for others TR must get away from them.S.Korean/Japan/Singapore had good arms industry so Ukraine/Belarus and Serbia/S.Africa/Brazil. Turkey can buy any stuff from those(badly needed stuff as whole or sub system)to meet it needs.
