I've seen Friedman's book for much higher prices. Bearing in mind the cost of postage in the U.K. this one doesn't seem too bad.

Raven and Roberts' volume will never be re-released as the authors have had a falling out (although there is a German language edition available) so buy one if you see one available at a reasonable price.


I THINK the reason there might be other volumes available is because the Burt trilogy (well at least two) have been re-released with some additional material and some people may go that way, I feel having both is the real way to go.
