Hello,
I am a volunteer crew chief at the New England Air Museum (Windsor Locks, Connecticut). The project I am managing is the preservation an LTV Corsair II aircraft. At the current time, I am trying to obtain written and pictorial definition of the external markings seen on these aircraft. Also, I am trying to obtain information about the specific use of the aircraft's compartments such that external labels can be used to identify the compartments. Can someone point me to sources of the desired information? Are there any archives that can be accessed? Are there any specific technical orders that define the compartments as well as the external markings?
