Rafale - homebuilt design from the Seventies?

This fiberglass homebuilt aircraft has been posted in the German Flugzeugforum.

Allegedly named Rafale, no further details are known. The source is unclear, but maybe the photo could be published in a FLUGREVUE magazine during the 1970s.

Who can help with more information, especially who designed this machine?
 
After checking older issues of FLIEGERREVUE magazine I've found the picture again in # 12/1978. The author of the article didn't name the designer directly, but he mentions that the designer is the same as for the Orion home-built, so I assume Jean Grinvalds was also responsible for the development and construction of the Rafale.
 
I think the Rafale was a design of Mr. Pierre Calvel. From my notes it seems that the aircraft was designed/built in such a way it could accept either a piston engine or a small turbojet engine.
It seems unlikely it was actually flown and the pic (the only one I ever saw) may show a mock-up.
