Hi All -
Last week I went to Elmira, NY for the International Vintage Sailplane Meet and while there, spent some time in the National Soaring Museum. An excellent facility, I came across a few items that are worth posting here. First off was a wind tunnel model of the Pratt Read LBE-1 "Glomb" - short for glider bomb. Additional info is available at: http://www.designation-systems.net/dusrm/app1/lb.html
Enjoy the Day! Mark
