The Artouste powered VTOL aircraft seems to be inspired by
the "Ve-Ro craft" by Theodor Laufer, isn't it ?

Errm, that'd be an internment camp for displaced persons ;D

FWIW, that Orillia, ON, "farm machinery company" was OTACO (Orillia Tudhope Anderson Company). The original Tudhope Anderson Company had been formed in 1902 by Harry Anderson and J.B. Tudhope (son of William Tudhope, founder of Tudhope Carriage Company in 1890).
