Permission changes to combat spammers

Due to persistent spam attacks from new users, I've altered the default permissions so that the first post made by any user has to be manually approved. All users with a minimum of 1 post made should be automatically added to a 'Verified' group which will allow further posting without approval. This should stop all bot posts unless they are very clever.

If anyone finds they can't post anymore, please let me know via the contact form, conversation or email (paul@secretprojects.co.uk) and I'll investigate.
