I was looking for photos or detailed descriptions of the pincers when I was writing my book but unfortunately didn't find any. Otherwise they'd be a nice profile or cutaway illustration


Stuart Prebble's 'Secrets of the Conqueror: The Untold Story of Britain’s Most Famous Submarine’ was worth reading but most of it was about what he sees as a government cover-up and scapegoating. Seemed a bit agenda driven. But still worth it for the Op BARMAID bit.
