The DoD distributed at least another of these notional design artworks. This seems early in the TFX definition (note the tandem seats). An Air Force design. The dorsal inlet is interesting. Could be Wright Labs internal design, or a modification of some early contractor design. To those who have the privilege of seeing a certain NOFORN Boeing pre-TFX and TFX design collection, could this be related?

Looks a lot like a piece of magazine concept art I've seen. Flight?
Probably Flight (if it is Flight indeed, Archive down for maintenance) used this AP photo to fashion the cover.
On the back, the photo is dated November 25 1962, if I decrypt it correctly, there is "4", also.

I think its Interavia.. I have a line outline drawing of that variant in a cutting from some Interavia mags I bought at a fleamarket in the 90s.
