This is interesting. STL for 3D printing an NA-335. Not sure how accurately its modelled - I haven't checked, but it doesn't look quite right.

We don't have a full on view of the underside of the fuselage so it's hard to judge if they have the lines of the widening of the fuselage from intakes to engines right. In comparison to the museum model the digital model looks too straight and too narrow to me, but that might just be an optical illusion because of the angles we see the museum model from.

Has anyone here reached out to the designer with the photos we have, so they could correct their design?

Also, it looks like the radii on the lower inlet corners, inside and outside, are the same on the model. It looks like that wind tunnel version has a larger radius on the outer lower corner than on the inner lower corners. Also, kind of to what you were pointing out, it looks like the inlet is slightly wider at the splitter plate than at the bottom.
