In 1982 the first Airborne Warning and Control System aircraft went in servis over Germany
There Computer gave alert data overflow, because too many low flying Soviet Cruise missile zig-zacking all over Germany.

It took a while until the technicians figure out the error: Germany Highway have no speed limit like in the USA.
after program filter, that rule out cars driving between 90 km/h to 322 km/h (55 mph to 200 mph)
