Sorry to potentially have an answer now that Steve has passed, but it would appear that the San Diego Air & Space Museum (SDASM Piction ID: 85948148) may have a high resolution version of this illustration by North American Aviation draftsman Alan P. "Al" Algier, albeit with early USAAF roundels. It was posted today (17-April-2023) by the SDASM on the Flickr Commons.
