Appears to be a enclosed cockpit variant of the Klemm 25 - the vertical fin and wing, especially the step at the trailing edge/fuselage matches up well with a Klemm 25. I see gliders in the background - what's the story on the photo? Saar territories had EZ and TS designators back in the day - cannot find a SL at the moment though.

i think in that case it's Klemm K32 with modify canopy
it's rare kind of German Aircraft build in 1930s

SL was the Saar Protectorate registration code under the French from 1947 to 1957.

Judging by the leading edge shape, pitot mount on the left wing and rudder shape it's indeed an heavily modified/updated Klemm L25.
I'm not sure about what kind of engine it sports, apparently there was a plethora of engines available for it, even without considering the variants built by the British Klemm Aeroplane Company/British Aircraft Manufacturing Company and the US Aeromarine Klemm.

Air Britain had a short article on Saarland registrations in their Winter 2019 edition of Aviation News.

They have the following for SL-AAB:
Klemm L.25a Coupe, c/n 166, ex-HB-ETU, CH-250, regd 1954, to D-ENEC 19-06-59 Flugsportfreunde Sarrlouis eV
It was built in 1929 and was registered in France orignally before its transfer to the Swiss register.

The article has a photo of SL-AAB in the same colour scheme buy taxiing with two people aboard.
