"Going to Gimli:" Re: My Science Fiction

It has been a bit of a while, but I've uploaded more fiction set in the "Zaneverse." This time, a full sizable short story, but it's being posted in readily-digestible 10-or-so-page chunks at a time. Part one of "Going to Gimli" is here:

I've posted the final of five parts of my most recent yarn. I have also gathered the five parts together into one PDF/EPUB, together with a technical diagram and portion of the "bible" describing this particular fictional universe. In short, "Going to Gimli" is the story of a privately owned cargo starship that has been hired to give a group of wealthy folks a tour of a ring system ending at a unique destination.

Huh. In the "Mass Disappearance" story, Our Heroes use "fanpacks" to flit about. In case anyone who read that story wondered just what a "fanpack" was... it was basically this, but smaller, more blades, and stowable.
