I can write my novel now - all of the technologies have been proposed

It sounds a lot like my calculations - although the rounds are higher performance. The big issue is ammunition weight (and the inability for suppressive fire).

I take it that the stand-alone infantry weapon is a 1-shot launcher? I always thought it would be advisable to have at least three ready shots in a stand-alone weapon.
