From Aviation magazine 1965,

here is a Levassuer PL-7 "18m" version,I think it was a transport aircraft.

The text with the image says PL-17, I have not seen that designation before. Probably a typo - nine pre-production PL 7 aircraft were built with 18 meter span upper wings with round wing tips. Thread title should say Levasseur, not Levassuer.
Levasseur PL 7 was a torpedo bomber.

To me it looks like a PL.7 but I am unsure of the three port side windows.

The foot of the 3-view caption reads "En haut, l'appareil de production portant le numero 8" or "Above, the production machine with the number 8" in English.

If this does indicate aircraft No.8 then the book "Les Avions de Pierre Levasseur" by Ledet and Morareau (Lele Presse) has an appendix of all airframes.

For PL.7 no 8 the entry reads as below:

Appareil: PL.7 no. 8
Marche: 313/9
Date: 08/7/1930
Unite: SRC
Observation: Villacoublay, contre reception (envergure 18 m)

Which indicates a naval PL.7 with a greater wing span. This possibly could be the subject of the three view.

The PL-7 and PL-7T have distinct different rudder designs. Perhaps this was a early design. See the 1926 1928 Flight and Aeronautique articles
