A lil bro to the Kh-22, the KSR-5 was an anti-ship "cruise" missile that wore the cloak of a quasi-ballistic missile. Not quite as capable, but able to be carried on the Tu-16. The Soviets would experiment with other platforms for the weapon, 4 engined aircraft that could outperform the Tu-16
