Julliot-Ribes l'Aérambulance Airplane of 1912

From Aerophile 1918,

here is an ambulance airplane of 1912,called Julliot-Ribes l'Aérambulance,I don't know if it was a Project or not ?.

This forum says both the 1912 and 1918 versions were project only:

According to this pdf, Charles Louis Julliot was a lawyer pushing for a GVA convention about casevac airplanes, while Mr Ribes designed the planes.
