I do wonder about this class's less than amazing low-speed characteristics with casualties onboard. But, honestly, modern medical ships spend nearly all their time either at transit speed or at anchor/berth so it probably doesn't matter.

Eh, give it a strong set of active stabilizers and call it good.

But FFS give them some good soundproofing!
