Hi folks.

Just had a 8-week course dropped in my lap: Introduction to Systems Engineering.

Familiar with the fundamentals (hard not to be on this forum), but don't have material.

It's a basic course, and my format is to use examples/short texts to illuminate the basics of the subject.

For example, I reckon I could use stuff like the XF-92 -> YF-102 -> F102A as a example of the design side of things. I just don't have the time to do it justice.

Most of the stuff I have been able to find on the web takes a language-heavy approach, full-on into technical terminology that won't work with the majority of my students (non-native Engish speakers).

Anyone have any suggestions? Doesn't have to be aircraft related, and the shorter and simpler the better.

Thanks in advance!
