Inquiry About WWI Aircraft Blueprints

Hello,

My name is TaskForce51, and I’m a 3D modeler working on what I hope will become the world’s largest 3D model library of World War One aircraft. I’ve currently modeled nearly 250 aircraft, with plans to surpass 300. These aircraft will be implemented into Minecraft, allowing players to interact with and explore them in-game. My ultimate goal is to create a powerful and engaging educational tool that brings WWI aviation history to life.

As my library has grown, I’ve started to focus on some of the rarer and more obscure designs—such as the Sopwith Hippo and the de Bruyere C.1. However, I’ve recently hit a roadblock with six specific aircraft, where I’ve found very limited reference material and no clear access to blueprints.

I was hoping if anyone might be able to point me toward resources, archives, or collections that could help me locate this information.

The aircraft I’m currently seeking blueprints for are:
• Bréguet Bre.4
• Farman F.160
• Nieuport Madon
• Sopwith Bulldog
• Sopwith Rhino
• Roland D.VII

Any assistance or guidance that could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Regrettably I do not have the blueprints which you seek. I'll point out that your work is magnificent; is there any chance you can model the Poll Triple or Adlershof 140m span aircraft, assuming you haven't already?

Thanks so much for the kind words! It really means a lot.


I’ve actually got the library for the World War I models pretty much complete at this point, but the Poll Triple or the Adlershof 140m-span aircraft would definitely be a fun addition down the line!


It’s a bummer you don’t have the blueprints, but I’m sure we’ll find a way eventually, or maybe even get someone to create them for us.


I’ll definitely keep everyone posted about Age of Aviation. We’re aiming to make it a huge resource for both kids and adults, and all the models will be 3D printable, which is super exciting!

I'm sorry I can't help, I have a small collection of blueprints from the time, but it doesn't include any of the models that are ordered.:(
