Germany also claims a 500km range, though hartpunkt doesn't mention this. The official stated range (by IAI) is up to 430km.

I'll add for context here that LORA is available in ground launch and primarily air launch - as Air LORA - and is assumed to have been used in Iran.

Air LORA features terminal guidance via digital scene matching and automatic target recognition, and offers a man in the loop capability as standard for Israeli air to ground munitions. The ground launched variant does not seem to have this capability, but their existence on the air launched variant indicate some ease of porting it back to the ground version.
What such variant may lack is some man in the loop capabilities.

There is no listing of a specific naval variant.

IAI lists 3 warhead options - Deep Penetration, Blast Fragmentation, Multipurpose.
