France during the 1950s and 1960s was collecting abandoned missile projects (always for budgetary reasons), so I looked in the available documentation that talks about the subject and until now, I can say that I don't I didn't find anything and by found I'm talking about substantial elements, so it all comes down to just a name "The Toreador" Project under Marine Nationale -DCCAN. So, any idea ?

If I may, I wonder if the term "toréador" (bull fighter) could be a nickname given to the Arsenal CT 10 or the Nord CT 20 target drones - or to early French target drones in general.
