Are you refering to the rocket developped during the 1950s- era at the Jabal Hamzah ballistic missile test and launch facility (قاعدة إطلاق و اختبار الصواريخ الباليستية بجبل حمزة) and in around Heliopolis? Might have been dealt with and scattered across the forum.

In the 2019 February issue of Rivista Italiana Difesa there is an article about the Egyptian ballistic missiles, but only in Italian (written by me, BTW ).

Scud or to be precise SS-1b Scud-A or R-11 Zemlya was a Soviet development based on the V-2 and Wasserfall

That's Otomat, not Silkworm.

Egypt uses Otomat from shore batteries, some missile boats, and the new FREMM frigates.

Looks like Teseo/ Otomat Mk2 missile for I think FREMM class fregate Egypt bought from Italy.

The Silkworm is basically a licensed produced version of the Soviet SS-N-2 Styx AShM built by the Chinese, it rose to notoriety in the 1980s Iran/Iraq war in attacks on shipping in the Persian Gulf IIRC.
