The rotor looks typical for Raul Pescaras relatively succesful helicopter (using cyclic control !). The fuselage reminds
me of his "car-copter" patent ( http://fly.historicwings.com/2013/01/helicopteracione/ ) and the way, it is presented
suggests, that it may have been a kind of mock-up fuselage.
