does anybody have more info about this rocket/ATGM? as you can see it's called ATK FOTS? Fiber optic target system?
thx in advance to all
tried multiple searches..went through a lot of books but no luck.....and uncle google just sucks since a long time

Edit: it somehow reminds me of an endproduct of a drunken night between 2 relatives (AT-4 and CarlGustaf using the new condome (FCS) made by ATK)
