I've not seen this posted on this forum, but it might be of some interest that Dewoitine D.520 constructor plans are
available online at the Archives Départementales de la Haute-Garonne.
It's hires 4200 drawings/diagrams .

I know someone did accurate CAD D.520 plans using these plans, and it was to be used for an accurate D.520 plastic model at one point. But it's some time I didn't heard about it.
