A spot of shameless pitchery.
I've made my first foray into panzerporn with an article in April's Classic Military Vehicle magazine. The Rascal, a radio-controlled Amtrac designed by the Wheezers and Dodgers at the Department of Miscellaneous Weapons Development, was intended to blow holes in sea defences.

After the Great Panjandrum was reduced to a Fast Show sketch, (Brilliaaaaaant!!!!) Neville Shute and his colleagues took an LVT-1 Alligator, stuck a ton of explosive on the front and fitted radio controls. This was to be steered off an LCT, hit the beach, drive up the beach and blow a hole in the sea defences big enough for a Churchill to drive through.
I'd be interested in any feedback on this departure from my comfort zone.
Thanks
Chris
