Thanks Maveric, this triggered further investigation.

The first aircraft you posted appears as a Sánchez Besa in this page:
http://granportalaviacion.com/2013/11/jose-luis-sanchez-besa-pionero-de-la-aviacion-chilena/
José Luis Sánchez Besa was born in Chile but made his own aircraft in France, together with Léon Bathiat.

I guess the first picture was taken in Batuco, this is the name of an airfield where several pioneer flights took place:
http://chilecronicas.com/2010/05/batuco-donde-volaban-los-valientes.html
(As a possible source for confusion, Batuco was also the name of an aircraft built by the Copettas, see below.)

The first aircraft designed in Chile were built by the brothers César and Félix Copetta, who made a total of four aircraft:
- the Burrito monoplane, 1911
- the Batuco pusher biplane, 1912
- the Tucapel monoplane, built from remains of a crashed Blériot belonging to Clodomiro Figueroa, but completely redesigned
- the Chincol biplane, apparently much later, which crashed on 27 October 1940, killing César Copetta
Sources about Copetta:

- Los aviones Voisin y el primer vuelo en Chile published by the MNAE Chile
Pictures of the Burrito and Batuco were found on the website http://www.pilotosretiradoslan.cl

Clodomiro Figueroa was a pioneer pilot, he himself rebuilt one or several aircraft:
- the Caupolicán was rebuilt from a Blériot destroyed by another pilot
- in some sources, the Tucapel is said to have been rebuilt and redesigned by Figueroa with his mechanics Goudou, not mentioning the Copettas
- the Fresia is sometimes said to have been built by Figueroa, and sometimes mentioned as a Blériot imported from France

I think that the second aircraft you posted is the Morane-Saulnier "Valparaíso-Chile" received by Figueroa in 1921, with which he crossed the Andes, and modified with a spinner and a different cowling, but I'm not sure.
