Blackburn/Glover Direct Lift Machine of 1912 ?

From Aeroplane monthly 2010/4,

here is a strange story about Mr. G. P. Glover and his direct lift machine of 1912,it was built in Blackburn company,
but I don't know if that design was anticipated to the firm also,or just it was the constructing ?,and need a picture or
drawing to it ?.

John Peter Glover. Blackburn constructed a lot of components and aircraft for others, this must have been one. It would have looked something like the design shown in his GB and US patents
