Quite interesting! What exactly was the function of this missile, and what was the guidance implemented?

Appears to be a bi-plane the way the elevator is disconnected. Its control surfaces suggest simple roll control. Probably limited to INS to maintain a bearing while in flight. If its a rocket then unlikely to be too long ranged.

Bazak was a study program designed to be an air to sea missile, against ships. Several air drops (without rocket motor) were carried from DC-3, and unsuccessful ground launches as well. The design was abandoned.
