A fictional C-2 Greyhound successor?!

Hi folks,
I just found these pictures posted by "Bruno bcc" at Aviation Week. I can't tell yet, if this project is fiction/kit-bashing or a real project.

An idea to replace the C-2 Greyhound by merging the most robust parts of the V-22 and the E-2 Hawkeye

Must be a kit-bash, can't think of any benefit such a combination would bring.
