    aircraft from "In the Wet" (Nevil Shute)

    in his 1953 book "In the Wet" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/In_the_Wet Nevil Shute describes describes a long range executive transport / long range mail airliner aircraft - the aircraft is not well described in the book, but seems to be similar to a downscaled comet with only 2 jet engines...
