I've been following this one for about a year now; it's come a long way in that time, although development has slowed down / become more mature now.

Nevertheless, anyone here that has wives, children, not technically / physics minded friends, etc, this is an excellent game to get people to understand various aerospace concepts like CL / CG balancing, etc.

There are also a heap of mods out there that expand the library of components available to build with, as well as mods that add more advanced autopilot / mission planning systems and even improvements in physics; implementing more stringent requirements on aircraft / spacecraft.

Anyone, definitely worth the small sale price.
