I second that opinion. They are reliable, and not that expensive - 20 bucks for pdf documents that usually can't be found on NASA NTRS or elsewhere. I've bought a dozen of documents from them along the years. Looks like they have updated their website.

Seems that you are mixing AIA with AIAA.
All docs at the link are free.
