Are those reversers on the engine nacelles or maybe ejectors or IR suppression?  ???

Sound suppression for the now elderly, noisy turbojet RR Speys.  G-IV and later jets have the turbofan RR Tay engines - note the fatter nacelles. Still later models go to the BR-715/725.
