where are the secret projects using the Continental CD-300??

Hi,

I wonder, how this engine type accumulated 9 Million flight hours. So far, it is only officially used in the Diamond Da50 rg. With a TBR of 1200 h, at least 7500 engines (!) would have been used up to archieve this!!

Are this numbers plain wrong? I guess so, but wouldn't this be somehow ilegal?

It appears the quote applies to Conti's entire portfolio of Jet-A engines (currently comprising 5 models), not the CD-300 only. Somebody took their statement out of context.
