A great find, Hesham, and a great link, apophenia. I have never seen much info on the French lightplane contests, unlike the well-documented UK contests at Lympne.

Can I suggest that these last two posts be over to a new thread titled, "Vauville light plane and glider meeting (1923)" which I have just started and we begin to fill it in? apophenia's link, the bibliography at the bottom of that page, the Flight archives and the period French magazines online at the gallica site should give us enough to create a complete listing.
