I have a vague memory of this being posted on Secret Projects some time last year, but since I can't find it I'm starting a new thread. I found the following two images in Tim Ventura's Picasaweb album of a Paul Czysz lecture in Albuquerque in November 2010:

The latter picture has appeared earlier in page 52 in "Advances in Dense Plasma for Fusion Power and Space Propulsion" (http://www.scribd.com/doc/18992621/ADVANCES-IN-DENSE-PLASMA-FOR-FUSION-POWER-AND-SPACE-PROPULSION-with-George-Miley-PhD-).
Clearly these come from an USAF presentation and have been pasted by the authors to their own ones. Now my question is if anyone has any clues as to when and where this Air Force presentation was held, or even if it might be available somewhere in its entirety?
