Although it takes place only once every two years in June, the Paris Air Show at Le Bourget airport is still considered by many professional as the world's major aviation event. B)

Since we're two months away from it, I thought it was the right time to start a topic on who may be there and perhaps get something organised (however basic) so we can all meet and have a drink at least. :)

Later today, I will add more details on the event (dates, access and so forth) but if you think you may be able to attend, please let us know in this thread, okay? ;)

Time has flown, and we're only days from the event... Can't believe there's only two forum members visiting!

If you are planning to go to the airshow and you'd like to meet with other forum members on the occasion, could you please post the day you plan to be there?

As for me, I'll be attending on both public days (Saturday 25/Sunday 26). If some of you plan to be there on those days, you can also PM me with your mobile phone number and I'll give you mine, so we can meet and maybe eat together.

No F-22, no F-35... Supposedly you bring only the stuff you want to sell. Fine. But what of the C-5M? Doesn't make much sense to me.

They want to sell F-35s. I would not try to read too much logic into this. These decisions may be based upon budgets and which aircraft can be spared.
