Swiss company "CML"?

In Forbar's section on Vigilant, he says that they had to choose between two warheads, one from ICI and the other a "Swiss-made warhead by CML". They chose the latter as an "off the shelf" solution in spite of lesser performance.

Does anyone have any idea who this "CML" might be? I can find no hint of it today. I'm guessing it disappeared in a merger.
