Some Automotive Fun...

EDIT: https://www.bbc.com/news/business-63735943
Interesting. There is/was a long-running 'Kortezh' programme with input from Porsche that led to the Aurus marque. So far they've come up (or plan to produce) with the Senat saloon and limousine, Arsenal van, Komendant SUV, and Merlon motorbike. Initially meant for governmental use, but they were trying to spin it off as a Russian Mercedes-Benz or Rolls Royce.

I can't find any news on how sanctions are affecting them, but volumes were already planned to be small.

Moskvitch is a different proposition. Apparently it's been quite popular with customisers.

This one-off Volga coupe is mechanically a BMW 8-series (90s model E31), constructed by Autolak in the early 2000s.

A deep dive in the parts bin resulted in a Renault 4 with a better engine/suspension/spoilers. And go-faster stripes:

In real life, the R4L Évolution's engine developed up to 320hp - in a car with an empty weight of 801kg.

Who'd believe it? Compact (relatively) Bentley and Rolls Royce models. These were studied between the S/Silver Cloud and T/Silver Shadow.
