MX Missile (Peacekeeper/ LGM-118) Transporter Emplacer (TE) Fate?

Does anyone know the final disposition of the Terex MX Transporter Emplacer (TE)? This vehicle was designed to support MX deployment in a system of multiple protective shelters linked by above ground roads, the so-called "Racetrack" proposal. In 1979, President Carter announced that 200 MX missiles would be deployed throughout eastern Nevada and western Utah. This plan was later rejected after significant local opposition to the basing plan. I am assuming the TE was subsequently scraped.

A shame, I imagine those could have been to put to good use hauling something or another.

Too bad. I was hopeful, but not optimistic, that one could have been preserved, just like the rail garrison car at the USAF Museum in Dayton, Ohio.

A disgraceful act of vandalism, at least one of them should've been preserved in a museum.
