The main source on MBT 70 is an excellent book on the M1 Abrams, still in print I think.

For copyright reasons one cannot post the excellent drawings of the MBT 70 variants covered in the book

Engineer tank

Recovery tank

Bridging tank

All three are featured in line drawings

My question is, does anyone know if any brochures or other material exist on these projects? Model photos would of course be excellent.

Which book would that be? (There is more than 1 book on the M1 tank out there.)

If he's talking about R.P. Hunnicutt's Abrams, then I don't think it's in print any more--Presidio Press folded a few years ago. You can still find all of Hunnicutt's books, but they just keep getting pricier.

Thanks for remembering the reference for me, I could not when it was posted. I have the
Hunnicutt book which I bought some time back.

I would be happy to post some of the black and white drawings, but they are quite big and I don't know when I will have access to a scanner. Also copyright?

However, what I am after is some material from the 60s or 70s showing original art or models
