Seems not to be well known, even the designation is not sure, if I understand this
short text correctly (from Trait d'Union N° 225)

Translation of the above item:

LATHAM 49

The Latham 49 (if the designation is exact) was a mysterious machine, a flying boat with two tractive engines mounted between the two sesquiplane wings, the propellers being of the two-blade type. It was equipped with a nose turret and a rear one. The cockpit was not enclosed. It seems the aircraft did fly at Berre and Saint-Raphaël, but was never accepted by the Navy, despite its carrying their colors.

we can change the title like this, instead off open a new topic.

in 1921,Latham designed anther three engined flying boat (not the design of 1919),powered
by three 350 hp Sunbeam engines.
