G'day gents

Can anyone please confirm the following -

'January, 11, 2011: The U.S Army has finally, after over a decade of development, and no orders, cancelled its SLAMRAAM anti aircraft missile system'

If so, this would have to emphasised the inability of the U.S military to be able to run it's programs efficiently or effectively - let alone emphasising the U.S Army's neglect and failure to field yet another long neglected need for an effectivebattlefield SAM system

What's the running total for cancelled US Army Air Defence programs since the 1970s? It's gotta be up there, but this doesn't shock me.

Funny you should state this sad but very true comment Beachhead1973 !
As it is this exact reason that I am compiling a forum to cover (and highlight) that exact question - except I hope to expand on this to incorporate the cancelled (and costly!!) programs of the U.S Army, USAF, USN and USMC!!
