Iranian Panha 2091 / HESA P4 Attack Helicopter

Does anybody know if the Iranian AH-1J upgrades Panha 2091 and HESA P4 are just that - rebuilt upgrades or are there new built helicopters, too?
How many of these upgrades are in service? Apparently Iran lost around 150 of the orginal 202 AH-1J delivered by Bell in the 1970s.
Searching the web did not provide me with reliable information.

Recently Iran announced that it was beginning production of a local version of the Cobra. I imagine that they are very similar to the AH-1J that they have been using.
