The link given by Pometablava on 12 Nov 2011 is no longer valid. As I found these drawing today by sheer accident in the SDAM flickr website, I attach them here so that we do not loose them.
The interesting thing is that the concepts seems to be sub-orbital. Might this be a Goodyear proposal for what became the X-20?

If that not a test flight,
Could this indicate Goodyear had plans for rocket passenger liner, just like Bell BOMI ?
