Does anyone know the number of chaff and flare decoy dispensers that are typically installed on military transport aircraft, military rotorcraft, and fighter aircraft?

It's just too vague a question to answer usefully. There isn't any standardization -- you can find fighters with two small dispensers (maybe 8 to 12 tubes) up to ones with six or more larger dispensers (around 30 tubes each). Helos and transport aircraft are similarly variable.
And these days, dispensers are only a portion of the overall countermeasures story anyway. What about towed decoys, directional countermeasures, etc.?
