Argus As 292

Oh, I searched - for "As 292" (and found only a thread which was about several projects at once and has nothing of relevance on the As 292), but you misspelled it with a completely wrong "As-292".

The DFS had entered the production for this concept, under the designation
Mo 12,or a redesigned of it.

My understanding was that it was the other way around. The Mo 09 aerodynamic testbed led to the Mo 12 which was productionized as the As 292.

Argus/DFS had join forces in 1936 to create a sub-scale Flakzielgerät (FZG). Then, C. Lorenz AG was brought in to provide the FuG 204 R/T. The Mo 09 aerodynamic testbed led to the Gerät Mo 12 which is officially designated the As 292 - the Aufklärungsgerät variant with Zeiss camera fitted being a later adaptation.

In this instance, the Mo (Modell) types reflect internal DFS airframe designations ('Mo' not being an RLM usage). The only RLM-assigned designation was As 292. (As Andreas Parsch notes, 8-292 had been previously assigned to Henschel but not used.)

From Wikipedia,

The As 292 was designed by Dr. Ing. Fritz Gosslau at Argus Motoren GmbH. Work began on the drone in 1937 at the Argus-Flugmotorenwerke (Argus aero-engine factory) in Berlin-Reinickendorf. Apart from Argus, two other companies were involved in the production of the As 292: Deutsche Forschungsanstalt für Segelflug (German: German Research Institute for Gliding) supplied technical assistance with the airframe construction; C. Lorenz Company with the radio-control system. At DFS the drone was referred to as Model 12.
